Absolutely. ATTO was designed with public transport in mind and can be taken on trains, buses, taxis, ferries, etc.

According to IATA standards, a mobility scooter’s Lithium-Ion battery is limited to 350 W/h. Some airline staff members are unaware of the standard for mobility scooters and will insist that the maximum wattage not exceed 150 W/h, the IATA’s limit for laptop batteries. At this point, you may present them with the battery certification documents you received with ATTO, whose battery has a capacity of 250 W/h.

Yes. Most airlines will allow you to stow your ATTO in the overhead compartments in the cabin. Otherwise, it can be stored in the baggage hold.

On average, a 4- to 5-hour charge delivers up to 10 miles (16 km) of continuous driving. We recommend recharging the battery before it is completely drained to ensure a long service life. Our advanced Lithium-Ion battery uses all of its storage capacity all the time, so – There is no “memory effect” as experienced with older battery technology. The battery can be used when only partially charged.

ATTO is very easy to operate. It requires no special skills and can be mastered quickly. To help you learn, please watch the instructional video. If you are using a mobility vehicle for the first time, or if it has been a while since you have last driven one, we strongly advise you to practice to ensure that you can steer and control the vehicle properly and safely, especially on uneven surfaces.

ATTO was designed for indoor and outdoor use on various surfaces, such as sidewalks, pavement, footpaths, bridleways, pedestrian areas, and street crossings.

While there is no age limit, we recommend that users be taller than 5 feet (150 cm) for maximum safety.

Potential users should assess them: Eyesight, Concentration, Reaction time, Balance and posture, Ability to sit for long periods, and Ability to get on and off the scooter. Potential users should also be able to judge distance, recognize obstacles and hazards and see pedestrians and other vehicles clearly and easily. Consulting with a medical professional is recommended.

E1 alert indicates that the motor handle is in the “N” (Freewheel) position.
In the Freewheel position, the motor is disabled, and cannot sit on the scooter.
To fix E1 alert:
1. Turn off the scooter
2. Move the handle from “N” to “D”
3. Turn on the scooter
